Shipping Provider:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs that are not included as Free shpping are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
We strive to offer competitive shipping rates.  
Occasionally, we may offer promotional free shipping on select items or during specific periods. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and current postal service conditions.
Generally, you can expect delivery within:
Metropolitan Areas: 2-5 business days.
Regional Areas: 3-7 business days.
Remote Areas: 5-10+ business days.
Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as public holidays, extreme weather events, and peak periods can impact delivery times.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress via the Australia Post website.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  
Once your order is processed, and picked up by Australia Post, the delivery time is then controlled by Australia Post.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Cashaway.com.au with your Australia Post tracking number.
You can track your order by visiting the Australia Post website (auspost.com.au) and entering your tracking number.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Cashaway.com.au is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Authority to Leave (ATL):
By default, "Signature on Delivery" option is selected by our Australia Post integration on all our consignments.
If you give authority to leave, Cashaway.com.au is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
